SOFROUS is a special urethane sponge developed with the porous material technique unique to AION.  Having a porous structure with continuous and homogeneous micro pores, it is soft and highly resilient.  For its superb water absorbent and retentive capacities, and little generation of wastes make it quite useful for various applications including water absorption and fluid retention.

MAIN USES

• Water absorption or dehydration of precision electronic components such as printed circuit boards, hard disks, lead frames, photomasks and LCDs.

• As ink retentive materials, transfer rollers and coating rollers for various fluids.

• Water absorption of plastic films or plates and as delivery rollers to convey them. 

• As a wiping material in various manufacturing or other processes.

• As a scrubbing material for hard disks or plate glass.
