Both AION Brush Rollers & AION Brush Sheets have protuberances
with superfine pores of circa 150 µm on their surface and with
their suppleness and softness peculiar to PVA Sponge, efficiently
removes particles without damaging the scrubbed surfaces. They are
widely received as scrubbing materials for precision electronic
components. Also, AION meets highly sophisticated needs by a new
product line including SCL grade items which allow a very small
degree of elution. |

The material's
intrinsic abrasion resistance and soft hand, together with
protuberances on the surface efficiently remove the minutest
particles without damaging vulnerable precision parts.
Main uses:
Scrubbing: hard disks (aluminum or glass); silicon wafers;
