  • The integral structure of the sponge makes it lint free. No lint or wastes are generated during use.

  • Hydrophilic property and the capillarity generated by the integral structure with continuous pores combined, it absorbs water quickly and voluminously.

  • Micropores on its surface make a very large effective surface area allowing it to perform efficient dust trapping.

  • Being excellent in absorption resistance, it is washable and reusable, greatly contributing to reduction of wastes.

  • Wiping and Water Absorption: electronic, optical, pharmaceutical apparatus and equipments.Cleaning in the clean room.

A wiping material with a soft hand and excellent abrasion resistance. No lint or wastes are generated during use as seen with paper or fibrous material wipers. The micropores on its surface catch minute particles. Quickly absorbs water and retains it.

AION CLEAN ROOM SPONGE FINE

 

AION Clean Room Sponge  (Fine) is a wiping material made of newly developed highly clean PVA sponge with improved cleanness obtained by a new manufacturing method that id free from pore forming agents. It is lint-free like the conventional AION Clean Room Sponge, and in addition to the various features it is shares with AION Clean Room Sponge, has an extreme soft hand which has never been seen before by realizing higher porosity. Also the structure peculiar to "Be-Fine" has given it  remarkably higher porosity. Also the conventional type, and, despite its soft hand, deterioration in physical properties does  not occur easily.
