PVA SPONGE "A" SERIES AND AIR FILTERS

MAIN USES PVA SPONGE "A" SERIES

  • ( A ) Filter: water; kerosene; marine flushing oil

  • ( B ) Sound Absorber: air compressors

  • ( C ) Impregnation Medium: ink (writing; printing); motor oil

MAIN USES AIR FILTERS

  • Air conditioning in buildings; pharmaceutical or food plants; painting booths; glass plants; communication and power generation facilities

  • In the "A" series, the same continuous porous material with a high pore density as in the W and D series is made water-resistant and does not soften, even in water, retaining its original shape. Various pore diameters are available. All of the products are used as filter, sound, absorber, and absorption/impregnation medium for printing ink or other various oils. AION Air Filter is an application of the "A" series sponge sheets to a unit type air filter. It is a medium to high performance, long-life air filter unit with its sponge sheet washable and reusable. It is popularly used for air conditioning in various buildings or many other industrial uses.

ARTICLE CODE & THE TYPE DENOTED

Article codes of AION PVA Sponge A-Type are determined by the following rule:

A: The product does not soften under both dry and wet conditions.
B: No code: Relatively small size products. A or B: Relatively large size products.
E: The letter indicates the mesh (pore diameter) of the product.
